I can imagine O being crazy enough to contemplate something like this. Look at his reaction to getting balked by the House Republicans to the now approved bailout legislation. “I Won!” is not the words of someone that understands the Constitution and the limits on the Presidency.

Oh, I can imagine him contemplating it. I can’t imagine his advisors letting it go beyond the “wouldn’t it be nice if…” stage in a meeting, though.

If they did, he’d definitely need some new advisors.
