I do alright in the cooking dept. I don’t normally like to toot my own horn, but I rock a BBQed Tri-Tip. No condiments necessary.
I have a neighbor that runs a catering/food truck business (Squeals on Wheels; no lie!); her specialty is BBQ. My god, the things she can do to pork shoulder and beef brisket; it’s so juicy and flavorful, it doesn’t need sauce.
It’s nice to wake up, walk out on my front porch, and smell the smoke from across the street of her doing a batch of BBQ.
