Exactly. There’s no way this comes out as a plus for Nieto or Mexico. Trump is trying to use him to trick Hispanics into voting for him, and it’s totally obvious.

With all due respect, I am pretty sure it’s “Trump is trying to use him to trick ‘wetback’-hating bigots into voting for him, and it’s totally obvious.” Just like his stunningly successful black outreach program. (I though zero percent approval rating was meant to be exaggerated, but here we are.)
