Nobody is born knowing things, so simple ignorance is not a problem at all for me.

Willful and/or arrogant ignorance is what irritates me, especially when it takes the form of a meathead belligerently asserting that his ignorance is superior to an expert’s knowledge.

A man who doesn’t know something but wants to learn it is a man I can admire. A man who doesn’t know something and doesn’t care to learn it will draw my ire.
