The Three-card Monte horseshit that they floated during the last weeks of the election, like convincing state and local governments to sell/lease public assets to private companies/investors in exchange for cash that can be spent on other projects.

That’s been going on here for a while with public water systems.

I got into an on-line argument with some out-of-state libertarian touting the benefits of private companies running water systems. I noted that if that is such a great model, how come all the towns around us that sold their water systems are now paying eight times or more for water with no improvement in service?

I was accused of being a socialist shill and lying. Doesn’t matter that this information is available from the state government… .
