I don’t think so. I’d bet they are serious as hell.

Their use of “common sense limitations” is an echo of some gun control advocates. So they put this statement out, hoping people will be outraged by such a flagrant disregard for first amendment rights, so they can then say that “common sense gun restrictions” are equally egregious.
