He’s a chickenshit. He denies and denies. And then he has someone claim “Of course he accepts it.” It was the same shit when he suddenly stopped making birtherism part of his scam and then trying to blame Clinton for it. His psychology will be studied years from now.

Another possibility: His craven performance at the July 2018 summit suggests that perhaps Putin showed him the receipts that he really did not win — that perhaps they even manipulated the vote count. He knows he is owned by Russia and has decided that is fine because Putin has shown him the way to install a family dynasty so that his offspring will rule this country when he finishes his two terms. And he is acquiring immense wealth by looting the treasury.
