What is Flynn thinking? Even if he gets off, the incoming Biden admin could charge him with crimes that he hasn’t been charged with yet (unregistered foreign agent comes to mind). A pardon from trump would not work against future crimes. I would be overjoyed if this happened. Get out now, pay latter.
