Why have these fun-loving trolls chosen to appear now, just when Palin’s gaffe is in the news? “Trolls” vs. “Palin fans” is a distinction without a difference. Not that I would question your word or anything.

Because Wikipedia being a wiki makes it vulnerable to recentism. This is nothing new, it’s a bug/feature of the technology and today’s media world.

But again: I don’t care whether it’s a troll or a fan. But why do you say trolls and fans? Are there any else than the user I mentioned, trying to get her Revere stuff in there?
