So yeah, I found the White House proposal, and I’m not impressed:

Obama Makes Boehner A New Offer

It’s hard not to see Obama falling back into bad habits, pulling Boehner’s ass out of the fire by trying to meet him in the middle, knowing that he’s gonna get nothing in return and just have to listen to them scream for the next two years that he’s spending the country over the cliff.

So the fact that the two sides are actively trying to come to terms is a bad thing to you?
