The NRA ad assumes that kids in a gun-free zone are not being adequately protected. It will leave, in some minds, the implication that the President is fully-aware of this danger to other people’s children, and doesn’t care. The ad all but accuses the Obama family of having no concern for the safety of other families.

Conclusion: the NRA really, really wants Obama to back off.

This is all part of the Right’s laser-like focus on jobs. Imagine how the economy will be stimulated when we hire a few million new secret service agents to give all children the same level of protection the President’s daughters have!
