It’s entirely possible that Drudge is going to go without insurance and pay full freight every time he gets sick, incurring years of ACA fines in the process.

But I really, really doubt it.

More realistically, it means he’s going to buy ACA-compliant insurance on the expensive private market or establish a group if he has enough employees.
