I’ve been saying that for how long now? Many a LGF member has downplayed Kasich from the beginning. You shouldn’t. He will do well in the Midwest. Get rid of Cruz and Carson and watch Kasich pass Rubio.

I bet the establishment would throw everything they can behind Kasich because he is a known entity and is electable. Kasich has also in a way boxed Trump in as the nutty campaigner and blowhard. Trump attacking him the way he does the junior Senators will not work as it will play into Kasich’s characterization of Trump. He really could be the Trump killer the Repubs are looking for.

And I doubt Kasich would share a ticket as a VP candidate. His ego will not allow that. It’s presidential candidate or back to Ohio to finish his term as governor and then retirement.

This is not an endorsement, just the facts.

All I can say/hope for is that Johnny’s true personality comes out eventually. Looked and looked for his obnoxious Plain Dealer performance with FitzGerald. The Plain Dealer tried to deep six it big time, but VOILA—found a LiveLeak version of the most obnoxious part at Wonkette.
