That suit has no chance of success. Sovereign immunity for starters. Throw in that Clinton was operating in her official capacity as Secretary of State and nothing that she could have done would have prevented those deaths. Multiple investigations found no wrongdoing.

And all that evidence would be brought into the suit.

This is just another fishing expedition/trying to flog a dead horse for more media attention when everyone realizes the GOP/Trump shitshow.
