The difference there:

Slight difference from every yahoo who is upright with a pulse being able to buy as many guns as he wants.

There is still a very strong shooting culture there where people take other firearms they own, just not their military firearms.

Finland also has a large shooting culture and Norway has a large (for Europe) hunting poplulation.

It is more than just guns that is wrong with America.
