In other news Boris Johnson is saying that negotiations are effectively over and there is going to be a no deal Brexit, though the sides were supposed to still be talking today. Maybe its just a negotiating tactic, but as I understand it, there is no option for kicking the can down the road, and they are out of time.

What does that mean WRT NI? Will there need to be a hard border again between the Republic of Ireland and NI? But isn’t that outlawed by the Good Friday Agreement? So what happens then?
