I hear a lot of comments on my hair, but don’t recall any that were disapproving. I’m in the right age group, and my hair is very long (I can sit on the braid)… but it’s not gray yet, except on top. Maybe that makes it still okay?

(Get used to it, world — I have no plans to cut my hair, even if someday it’s white as snow.)

Mine was more of a mix of brown and gray, until they cut the brown portions off. I should be happy that it’s more of a uniform color now, even when the color says ‘old’.

‘Sit on the braid’ is looooong! Mine was ‘untuck the braid after you tuck in the shirt’ length.
