Really? How may amendments from the Bill of Rights have been removed? Prohibition proved far less strong than the 1st. Would you argue the 1st is as vulnerable to removal as prohibition?

I think what he means is that every effective part of the constitution is the supreme law of the land, so it doesn’t matter if it’s in the original text, the first 10 Amendments or the last 16 Amendments. There’s nothing that makes one clause more sacroscant than another.
