The comment he wouldn’t address is me saying I would not vote for a person who suggested gang-raping a staffer on a conference call to other Democrats, and I’d rather have an honest Republican over a rape-promoting Democrat.

His assertion he never said a gay man cannot harass a woman is refuted by the large number of people who heard him say it. That is why the state party withdrew its support.

His path to victory was always tough, but now its impossible. We have a good candidate to replace him with, but he must withdraw by September 1. It seems apparent he is not going to do that.

Given his attitude and self-sabotage, I’d honestly question if this isn’t a case of rodent copulation.
