Al Franken is the elected US Senator from MN. From someone who knew and likes Walter Mondale - ME! - Franken is NO Walter Mondale. Mondale (Mundal if you please) is an American in the mold of Hubert H. Humphrey. Franken is - AT BEST - in the Mold of Chevy Chase. Discussion?
