I shoot a LOT of different guns, and I still do. I am not an expert or an armorer, but I know how they perform and know what their basic roles and capabilities are, and I know how to use them. The sophist pedantry doesn’t work on me.

I was a tanker on active duty and trained as an armorer on both US & Warsaw Pact firearms. I’ve shot everything from .45 pistols to 105mm rifled tank guns. I know guns backwards and forwards. The stupid shit doesn’t work with me either.

I still have guns and enjoy shooting. But I will not have an AR.

Given how crappy full auto fire is for anything but suppression, in a real way the AR-15 is a more effective people killer than the official M-16/M-4 variants.
