Yes, you read that right. This guy wants to make it a felony to propose gun safety regulation. Dude, just dude……….. I mean damn as stupid and bigoted as I think gay marriage and abortion political opponents are, I don’t think they’re criminals for proposing their legislation.

Wouldn’t that kind of law be unconstitutional on its face?
