I agree, but I remember the pre-internet world, and we also have known history. Part of what really got the Tulsa Riots going was the rumor spread among local whites that black militias were coming in from out of town and state to cause trouble.

True. And yeah social media is just an extension of the old ways in more ways than not. I just want people to actually read articles rather than post ten of them or ten memes in quick succession.
