I am sure they have given they were all involved in one way or another with companies that would have been effected by SOX. Personally it annoys the crap out of me since the powers that be decided it also applies to ANYTHING IT related. Want to change one sentence in some HTML? Has to go through the Change Control process as established to meet SOX requirements!
