The cynic in me says Trump would kill all the drugs dealers - except the ones working for his Russian buds.

That was in Argentina. The spokesperson for the embassy said they’d uncovered a cocaine ring to use diplomatic courier service to smuggle cocaine to Europe. They called in the local police to raid an annex building to their embassy; the police arrested a bunch of people.
