You guys should remember that back in the day there were not speed limits at all in some western states. When cars had drum brakes, old bias ply tires, and steering/suspension that was best described as um, “limited control authority” in terms of the result.

I remember those cars.

One reason I always laugh when someone says they don’t build “em like they used to.”
