I just assumed it was because you’re probably more used to snow than hard rain.

My spouse and I are supposed to head out later this summer to visit friends. I’m looking forward to it, that is if I’m able to go. Right now I’m booked through July.

Snow is actually easy to drive in once you get used to it. You still can’t drive “fast” no matter what some of the other dummies do. Not to slow either. The problem is that you might be in control but others may not. So one dumb trip to the grocery store can lead to a fender bender.
