What I see is a cynical Republican Congress that has grown tired of it all and are throwing blank paper up for a vote and hoping it passes so the next Congress can actually fill in the text. That is all the assurance they need right now because they just don’t care enough.

They’ve all been Trumped.

They seem to just want to call it in, go home for the holidays and figure out their next careers because I think they realize they have killed their current one.
