Get a set of painters coveralls. Tape the legs around your socks. Gloves. mask. Hood or hat. En-route to business, stop at hotel & rent a room. Put known clean cloths there. Do your business. On the way hope stop back at hotel. go to room. Take off other cloths and dispose of them. Shower. Take off cloths and dispose of them. Change into known clean cloths. continue to mask and glove up if concerned. Go home.

Essentially very similar to what we were taught for chemical warfare in the Army, though be glad you’re not wearing the charcoal impregnated suits we had then (still do? I wonder.)
