I know this will get deleted, but here’s my $0.02.

I got into a long argument with a couple of Facebook wingnuts yesterday, and they completely refused to acknowledge that it’s kids we’re talking about here. To a person, they would only call them ‘illegals.’

I called them out on it repeatedly and told them that their refusal to acknowledge them as children was a dodge to mask their complete lack of compassion for children. It’s absolutely stunning to me that they are so blinded by their need to bash Obama that they completely dehumanize innocents, but I guess I should have expected nothing different.

Their indifference to the suffering of children is horrific, and they have zero claim to any moral high ground on this one. None.
