Not just civilian, but a particularly ignorant and dumb civilian. I retain my disgust with Open Carry Texas, but you never see those guys with their fingers in the triggers of their rifles at any of their rallies or marches. If Hoft ever actually shoots at someone, his frequent and documented poor trigger discipline is going to get him in a lot of trouble.

Sure looks like the guy on the right has his finger on the trigger.
