Damn Cambodian sounds intriguing.

It is a really good restaurant. I don’t know the names of the dishes on the menu written in Cambodian script (so I read the English script, or simply ask).

That is the other part of Mr. Brooks’s column that seems a bit disingenuous: Pretty much every restaurant I have been in that uses foreign language in its menus also describes the dishes in English.

I don’t know what the dishes he wrote about are, either. But I’ll bet they are on that restaurant’s menu in English or his guest could simply ask.
