I want to be with workers who are almost as smart as me, and slightly less experienced. I want them to need me to explain shit and train them, but be smart enough that I only have to explain it once and they pick it up quick.

People who are smarter than me, or more talented than me, make me crazy jealous.

admittedly i dont know nothing about mining so i have no experience to share
