Thanks. Really, I just look at it from a historical perspective. We and other nations have done our best when we invest in our people. The GI Bill? Brings millions of American young men into the college system who otherwise wouldn’t be in? Oh what do you know, the 50’s becomes a prosperous time. Refusing to invest in your own people is just boneheaded.
