they’re going about this the wrong way and they’re gonna lose
no ‘purpose’ or ‘intent’ is necessary for two reasons.

- while the 1924 black letter law is plain as day (shall furnish on request), it gets worse

- guess who ‘owns’ all filed tax returns. Yup, they are government documents. as such can not be denied to congress for review under their oversight powers.

Yup…this is destined to fail…badly. It will be interesting to see if they can find a judge that is willing to completely ignore black letter law.
