Yoga is likely the finest low impact way to improve the mind body connection. You have all heard of chi sometimes spelled ki? Apart from the mysticism, chi is the thing that connects will to muscle and organ. Growing that capacity helps you in surprising ways.

You know..The breathing exercises really helped with Aikido also…
When you run up and down the court for 5 minutes full speed.Jumping, Stopping, passing and shooting…You’ll find your lungs burning and legs going weak…Mind and body is greatly helped
