Think so, but I won’t know till next week.

Go to Staples or Office Despot and get a box of cards. If you like the company and the opportunity, write a quick thank you note by hand immediately after the interview while what you discussed is still fresh in your mind and you still remember everyone’s names who you talked to. Drop it in a mailbox on your way home. It’ll get there the next day and it leaves a good impression. And almost nobody else does this.

When I’m hiring, I usually have my mind made up before the candidate is outside the building. If there’s another candidate I want to talk to, I’ll usually schedule them the same day so I have a fresh comparison to make, and I’ll get the entire interview team together that afternoon to compare notes - positives, negatives, technical skills, and finally - and most importantly - “Is this person a good fit?” At the end of the day, the subjective outweighs the objective because we know someone with decent skills and a great personality can ramp up in a month or two while someone with excellent skills and an aloof personality might be a pain in the ass to work with, and team dynamics are the key to success.

What you want most of all is one or more of the people who interview you saying they look forward to talking to you again as you leave the interview.
