It looks like the Mueller Report may be having an effect on Trump’s popularity as there has been a recent tic upward in his disapproval rating and downward in his approval rating. He has had a remarkably narrow range over the last two years, usually remaining at around 52-53% disapproval, except there was a big spike upward when he shutdown the government. I expect that after a few weeks his disapproval rating will settle back down to between 52-53%; he is really going to have an uphill battle to get re-elected.
