Color me skeptical of such estimates. It’s not like Forbes has access to Trump’s accounting systems.

No but property records are pretty much public, so estimating their value shouldn’t be reliant on Trump’s accounting. So unless there are a couple billion more dollars in debt we aren’t aware of, the estimates are probably in the ballpark give or take half a billion.
