A hearty congratulations to both of you!

3-4 years ago I was up to 195lbs and wearing 40 inch waist pants (I’m 5’6” tall).

Since then I’ve gotten back down into the 170’s but haven’t made much progress from there. Food continues to be a challenge. I am drinking more water every day. I exercised a bunch this summer, started running again around the lake near my house. Spent the past few weeks recuperating from some kind of bug. Trying to get back into the exercise routine again.

But great for both of you. Encouraging news.
