You jest, but one day. I live in NW PA and we have quite a few Amish around. Stores have hitching posts and our local Walmart has a corrugated “barn” for the horse and buggies for shoppers.

I was walking into town one morning. Passing by the local NAPA store and up pulls a white van with Amish people in it and a non-Amish guy driving (which you see all the time around here). Amish guy gets out passenger side and opens the van side door. Out jumps an Amish dressed black kid, maybe 10 years old. This was actually a first for me to see a black Amish child.
