If there is some organic mental disorder going on, wouldn’t stress exacerbate it? And let’s face it……being POTUS has to be quite possibly the most stressful job anyone can imagine. I remember reading years ago that most Americans, when asked, would rather spend four years in the slammer than four years being POTUS.

DT is not stressing himself one bit: he does what he wants when he wants.
