This beard guy was using a plastic police shield to break into the Capitol. If anyone sees where he gets arrested, I would appreciate it if you could leave a note here. (I get a weird, scary vibe from him, but OTOH he’s not hiding his identity at all, so I guess he can’t be that sinister.)
