Sorry to have my first post be to an well—filled comment thread:
I was as mad as Olbermann when this first came out (probably heard it first here or at TPM), so mad that I fumed and screamed and then emailed Paul Ryan even though email is said to be ineffectual, wanting SOME Republican to denounce this idiocy, since then Crickets … Crickets … Crickets. And an amazing amount of crickets about Birtherism.

This basket of deplorables is obviously over half.
