The other headline is more appropriate: “Judge tosses most serious charges in Penn State frat death”

4 frat boys will walk free, while the other 12 (2 waived a preliminary hearing) won’t face anything more serious than reckless endangerment. They not only did nothing to seek help for this kid, they deliberately destroyed evidence in an effort to cover up a crime. But they’re all white, so they’ll likely walk away because a jury won’t feel right “destroying their lives.”
