They’re convinced that Mueller’s dragging out the investigation of these men in order to bury them under legal bills, then offer plea deals as a way to avoid financial ruin.

And there would be a whistleblower somewhere, because with the size of the Mueller investigation (have they SEEN how many people the man has on his team?!), it would be impossible to completely silence and control everyone at all times.
