I’d actually forgot about the Homer line. Then I went to get the Burns clip and saw the Homer one.

Also I just double checked, Burn’s line is in season 12 Homer Versus Dignity, while Homer’s is from season 5 Boy-Scoutz N The Hood, so Homer said the line SEVEN seasons before Mr. Burns did.
