Completely out of the blue comment—

It warms my heart to watch the Toddlers and Tiaras shows and see that non-white parents are just as willing to subject their children to this redneck hobby.

It’s a guilty pastime of mine (watching) because I can rationalize that even if my daughter’s friends have labeled us “honorary Asian parents,” at least we never put fake eyelashes on her and made her wear fake teeth.

I’m actually going over SAT dates with her right now. Should she take the SAT twice or three times? She also has to take the ACT.

IMHO, those tests are to be taken once and once only.
