Part of noting those specific facets is the acknowledgment that for the targets, nothing about them acting out their pathological race rage directed at us is new or novel. That includes eliminationist sentiments on internet message boards.
Sorry, but that is also not true. There is a difference between someone saying “Hitler would have gassed you” and sending someone directly into the gas chambers, as there also is a difference between leaving a noose at a colleague’s work place and actually lynching that person. Some generations, luckily, never have to experience the latter variants because the former are looked down upon socially. When more and more people think they can get away with more and more things, more and worse acts will be committed – and this will make a difference to the victims. It’s rather simple, really.
You seem to assume that the constant racism in society never meaningfully changes quality or intensity and that it also does not matter how much in the background or forefront it is. That is demonstratably false.
