Obama’s not going to try to make an FDR-style power grab and expand SCOTUS or anything like that. But he’s also made it clear he’s not going to roll over and be the usual spineless wimp that the right wants in their Democrats. It’s an election year and he’s going to name names and he’s going to fight.

That’s the point. And it’s a good thing.
